KEEP IN MIND:

• Proofs are not retouched and have not yet been corrected for color and density, as your final prints will be.
• Proofs are only posted for 60 days.  After 60 days you will not be able to view your proofs. 
• There is a $15.00 fee to re-post proofs for an additional 30 days.

“FIXING YOUR PHOTOS”

• Once you have selected all your favorite poses, make a note of any alterations you would like done to each image.  We offer a wide range of digital “fixes” such as the removal of tattoos or facial blemishes, the removal of eyeglass glare, whitening teeth and head swaps to name a few.  Because these can only be fixed through corrective artwork the costs range from $10 to $75 per correction per master image.  You will need to consult with our staff for a quote. 
• Some minor retouching is included with all prints.  Additional retouching may be included on larger wall portrait sizes.  We highly recommend you consult with our professional staff to determine the perfect size and crop for your portrait and what little “fixes” your portrait may need to make it exceptional!

CROPPING YOUR PHOTOS

• Your final portraits will be color corrected and cropped to fit the format of the size you order.  Although you may order the size of your portrait based on the sizes listed, keep in mind that your portrait may look better with a custom crop.  For example, instead of deciding on a 16x20, your portrait may look better as a 14x20 and the cost to you would be the same!  Again, we recommend consulting with our staff to determine the best crop for your portrait.
• Concerned about framing a custom crop?  No need to worry.  We offer frames in all our standard sizes as well as custom sizes.

IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION – Please read carefully.

• All orders will be reviewed when received.  Any discounts, gift certificates, retouching / alteration fees, miscellaneous fees, shipping & handling charges and sales tax will be applied at this time.  You will either be notified of your exact Balance Due, or, if you provided us with your credit card information, your card will be charged for the correct amount.
• Most orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to be completed.  Orders placed October – December may take 6-8 weeks.
• You may order at any time, however, KEEP IN MIND the following:
  1.  Proofs are only posted for 60 days.
  2. If you are ordering around the holidays (Oct-Dec), please allow extra time for delivery.  RUSH Delivery available for an additional fee.  Please ask.
  3. Orders received after December 31st will be subject to a rate increase.

1. Personal Checks – BEFORE you write out your check, make sure you have consulted with our friendly staff to attain an accurate Balance Due that includes any retouching / alteration fees, shipping charges, and sales tax.
